Konne Ticket System Service Policy
1. Membership
1.1 Definition of Membership
- 1.1.1 Overview of Membership
- 1.1.1.1 A ‘Member’ refers to any individual who accesses the Konne Ticket platform, completes the registration process, and agrees to the terms of service. Members provide personal information to the platform, including their real name, email address, password, phone number, and other necessary details.
- 1.1.1.2 An ‘ID’ refers to a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the member to identify themselves and use Konne Ticket’s services.
- 1.1.1.3 A ‘Password’ is a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the member to confirm their identity and protect their privacy and personal information.
- 1.1.2 Types of Membership
- 1.1.2.1 All members who intend to purchase tickets, regardless of their membership tier, will be registered as general members (including international users).

- 1.1.3.1 Access to My Page
- 1.1.3.2 View purchase history, D-Day countdowns, and return/cancellation history
- 1.1.3.3 Earn points for watching short-form content and inviting friends

1.2 Membership Registration
- 1.2.1 Conditions for Membership Registration
- 1.2.1.1 Membership registration can be done through the Konne Ticket domain, either via the platform's own registration process or by signing up through Google/Apple email.
- 1.2.1.2 All terms of service and membership management policies are governed by Konne Ticket.
- 1.2.1.3 Once a user agrees to the terms of service and the privacy policy and completes the basic information input, they are identified as eligible to use the service.
- 1.2.1.4 Members must be at least 14 years old and legally able to enter into online purchase agreements.
- 1.2.1.5 To ensure the accurate identification of ticket buyers, members must provide accurate personal information; false information may lead to service restrictions.
- 1.2.2 Membership Registration Process
- 1.2.2.1 All users can complete the registration process immediately without administrator approval.
- 1.2.2.2 Users must agree to the Konne Ticket platform’s terms of service to complete the registration.
- 1.2.3 Required Information
- 1.2.3.1 Mandatory Information: Name, Email Address, Password, Password Confirmation, Phone Number (optional)
- 1.2.3.2 Optional Information: Consent to receive marketing information (events and promotions)

1.3 Membership Information Updates
- 1.3.1 Update Process
- 1.3.1.1 Members can log in to the service via the Konne Ticket website or app and update their information directly in the "My Page" section.
- 1.3.1.2 In the case of a name change, members must request the update through the system administrator after verifying their ID (or an equivalent document) following the real-name policy.
- 1.3.2 Updatable Information Types
- 1.3.2.1 Password, Address
- 1.3.2.2 ID (Email) and name cannot be changed.
1.4 Membership Termination
- 1.4.1 Termination Request and Process
- 1.4.1.1 Members may request to terminate their membership at any time, and termination will be processed immediately upon request.
- 1.4.1.2 Members wishing to terminate their membership can do so by accessing the service directly or by contacting customer support to verify their identity before proceeding.
- 1.4.1.3 To complete the termination process, members must enter their password in the final step.
- 1.4.2 Details
- 1.4.2.1 Once membership termination is complete, the member’s status is immediately updated to reflect this.
- 1.4.2.2 A termination confirmation email will be sent to the member.
- 1.4.2.3 The existing ID will no longer be accessible.
- 1.4.3 Rejoining After Termination
- 1.4.3.1 There is no set period before a member can rejoin after termination. The member can re-register with the same ID (email) at any time.
- 1.4.3.2 However, all personal data and payment history from the previous account will be deleted upon termination.
- 1.4.4 Data Handling
- 1.4.4.1 Personal information is deleted immediately upon termination, while booking history is retained for one year before deletion.
- 1.4.4.2 Information of terminated members cannot be restored.
- 1.4.4.3 Posts made by the member are not automatically deleted.
- 1.4.4.4 Any accumulated mileage, coupons, etc., will be forfeited.
- 1.4.4.5 Tickets purchased before termination are not automatically refunded.
- 1.4.4.6 Issued e-tickets remain valid until the date of the event.

2. Ticket Booking Policy
2.1 Information Disclosure
- 2.1.1 Ticket Sales
- 2.1.1.1 Tickets for Konne Ticket-exclusive events can only be purchased through the platform.
- 2.1.1.2 Depending on the type of event, external payment options through services such as Eventbrite, Myrealtrip, and Ticketmaster may be provided. However, ticket grades and prices may vary across platforms.
- 2.1.1.3 Details about the sales platforms and pricing for each event will be disclosed to users in advance through promotional content.
2.2 Booking Information
- 2.2.1 Booking Procedure
- 2.2.1.1 Only registered members of Konne Ticket can book tickets for events on the platform.
- 2.2.1.2 Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, from the moment they are released until they are sold out.
- 2.2.2 Information and Options Provided
- 2.2.2.1 All relevant information about the event (schedule, location, price) will be available on the event’s detailed page.
- 2.2.2.2 Seating charts for each venue and multiple payment options will be provided.
2.3 Ticket Pricing
- 2.3.1 Ticket Prices
- 2.3.1.1 Ticket prices may vary depending on the event organiser.
- 2.3.1.2 The total ticket price includes taxes and service fees.
- 2.3.2 Service Fee and Taxes
- 2.3.2.1 Tickets purchased on our Site are typically subject to, among other possible fees, a per ticket service fee and a per order processing fee.
- 2.3.2.2 The service fee is shared between us and our clients. The portion we keep helps us cover the costs involved in running our business and providing you the ability to purchase tickets online.
- 2.3.2.3 In some instances, you may be able to purchase tickets directly from the venue box office without paying our service fee.
- 2.3.2.4 We collect tax as required by state and local laws.
- 2.3.2.5 We may display the tax separately or include it in the total service fee amount.
2.4 Ticket Purchase Procedure
- 2.4.1 Seat Selection
- 2.4.1.1 For tickets where seat selection is not available, seats will be randomly assigned.
- 2.4.2 Ticket Quantity Limits
- 2.4.2.1 Ticket purchases are limited to the quantity specified by the event organiser.
- 2.4.2.2 Each account must be linked to a unique individual and registered with valid and verifiable information.
- 2.4.2.3 It is prohibited to bypass or exceed the posted ticket limits by using multiple accounts.
- 2.4.2.4 If a user attempts to exceed or circumvent the ticket limits, Konne Ticket reserves the right to prohibit or cancel the user’s ticket purchases.
- 2.4.3 Multiple Browser Windows
- 2.4.3.1 Users should search for and order tickets using only a single browser window (or app).
- 2.4.3.2 Using multiple browser windows may result in lost tickets, errors during the purchase process, or the expiration of the session timer.
2.5 Order Completion
- 2.5.1 Order Confirmation
- 2.5.1.1 Once a ticket order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the user’s registered email address. The same information will also be available in the ‘My Page’ section.
- 2.5.2 Ticket Issuance
- 2.5.2.1 All tickets are issued as e-tickets by default. For events with an option for offline ticket issuance, this will be indicated separately.
- 2.5.2.2 Users can access their tickets via the QR code sent in the confirmation email or through the QR code available in the ‘My Page’ section. If there are any issues, a contact email for the platform’s support team will be provided.
2.6 Ticket Refunds
- 2.6.1 Change of Mind
- 2.6.1.1 Refunds due to a change of mind by the user are subject to the event organiser’s policies. Refunds and changes may not be allowed depending on the organiser’s rules.
- 2.6.2 Event Date Change or Postponement
- 2.6.2.1 If the event organiser approves a refund, an email will be sent to the user’s account with instructions on how to request a refund. Once the refund request form is submitted, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- 2.6.2.2 Depending on the bank’s processing time, the refund will be reflected in the user’s account within 5-7 business days.
- 2.6.2.3 If a ticket transfer function is added, options for transferring or selling the ticket may be available.
- 2.6.3 Event Cancellation
- 2.6.3.1 If the event is cancelled by the organiser, no action is required by the user. The refund will be processed automatically using the original payment method. The refund will be reflected in the user’s account within 14-21 business days.

2.7 Ticket Verification
- 2.7.1 Verification Procedure
- 2.7.1.1 At the event entrance, tickets are verified by scanning the QR code.
- 2.7.1.2 Entry is permitted immediately upon validating the QR code, regardless of the purchaser’s name. However, the ticket purchaser must be included among the attendees.
- 2.7.1.3 Depending on the event organiser’s policies, an ID check may be required. In such cases, purchasers will be notified in advance to bring a valid ID.
2.8 Recording and Filming
- 2.8.1 Consent to the Disclosure of Personal Information
- 2.8.1.1 All events are public, and by purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees that they cannot expect privacy regarding their appearance or actions within and around the event venue.
- 2.8.1.2 Konne Ticket, event organisers, partners, and event attendees are granted the right to use the buyer’s image, appearance, actions, poses, movements, and related audio, video, or photographs as event media without additional compensation or approval.
3. Package Deals
3.1 Types of Package Deals
- 3.1.1 Package deals are categorised into three types: "Travel + Ticket Package," "Hotel + Ticket Package," and "F&B Package."

3.2 Purchasing Package Deals
- 3.2.1 Purchase Procedure
- 3.2.1.1 Different packages may be applied to each event based on agreements with the organiser.
- 3.2.1.2 Options such as type and seating may be automatically assigned according to the organiser’s rules.
- 3.2.1.3 Users select their desired package from those available on the platform and proceed with the purchase process.
- 3.2.2 Payment Methods
- 3.2.2.1 Various payment methods are provided, and the purchase of the package is confirmed once payment is completed.
- 3.2.3 Package Confirmation
- 3.2.3.1 After completing the purchase, detailed information about the package can be accessed via email or through the platform.
3.3 Modifying and Cancelling Package Deals
- 3.3.1 Change Policy
- 3.3.1.1 Changes to package options are only possible through one-on-one inquiries and are subject to the partner company’s policies. Some items may not be eligible for changes.
- 3.3.2 Cancellation and Refunds
- 3.3.2.1 Travel + Ticket Package: Cancellation of airfare and transportation follows the respective carrier’s policies, while ticket cancellation adheres to the platform’s rules.
- 3.3.2.2 Hotel + Ticket Package: Hotel cancellation follows the hotel operator’s policies, while ticket cancellation adheres to the platform’s rules.
- 3.3.2.3 F&B Package: Cancellation of food and beverage services follows the event organiser’s policies, while ticket cancellation adheres to the platform’s rules.
3.4 Order Completion
- 3.4.1 Order Confirmation
- 3.4.1.1 Tickets, travel arrangements, accommodations, and F&B vouchers included in the package will be confirmed via an email sent to the purchaser, with the same information available in the ‘My Page’ section.
- 3.4.2 Ticket Issuance
- 3.4.2.1 All tickets and package vouchers are issued as e-tickets by default. If offline issuance is available for the event, this will be indicated separately.
- 3.4.2.2 Users can access their tickets via the QR code in the confirmation email or the QR code in ‘My Page.’ A support email address should be provided in case any issues arise.
3.5 Voucher Redemption
- 3.5.1 Required Items
- 3.5.1.1 All package purchasers must bring a photo ID for verification and their e-voucher.
- 3.5.1.2 For inquiries related to specific components of the package, users should contact the respective institutions directly.
4. Merchandise
4.1 Types of Merchandise
- 4.1.1 Artist merchandise may vary by performance based on agreements with the event organiser.

4.2 Purchasing Merchandise
- 4.2.1 Purchase Procedure
- 4.2.1.1 Additional merchandise options can be selected during ticket purchase.
- 4.2.1.2 Merchandise can also be purchased separately without a ticket via the "Shop" button.
4.3 Merchandise Changes and Cancellations
- 4.3.1 Exchange Policy
- 4.3.1.1 Exchanges due to simple change of mind may not be allowed according to partner policies.
- 4.3.1.2 For defective products, exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- 4.3.1.3 Size or colour exchanges are only possible if stock is available, and requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- 4.3.2 Refund Policy
- 4.3.2.1 Refunds due to simple change of mind may not be allowed according to partner policies.
- 4.3.2.2 For defective products, refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- 4.3.3 Return/Exchange Process
- 4.3.3.1 For exchanges or refunds, merchandise must be returned to the address specified by the platform.
- 4.3.3.2 The platform will cover return/exchange costs for defective products.
- 4.3.3.3 Users will cover return/exchange costs for simple change of mind.
- 4.3.4 Return/Exchange Restrictions
- 4.3.4.1 Merchandise damaged due to the buyer’s responsibility (packaging opened for content verification is an exception).
- 4.3.4.2 Merchandise partially or fully used, reducing its value.
- 4.3.4.3 Packaging of replicable items (albums, videos, photo books, etc.) damaged.
- 4.3.4.4 Damage, malfunction, or contamination caused by the buyer’s negligence, making resale impossible.
- 4.3.4.5 Returns with missing promotional items or components.

4.4 Order Completion
- 4.4.1 Order Confirmation
- 4.4.1.1 Details of the purchased merchandise, including tickets, travel, accommodation, and F&B vouchers, will be confirmed via an email sent to the purchaser. This information will also be available in the ‘My Page’ section.
- 4.4.2 Ticket Issuance
- 4.4.2.1 All merchandise and tickets are issued as mobile vouchers and e-tickets by default. If offline issuance is available for the event, this will be indicated separately.
- 4.4.2.2 Users can access their tickets via the QR code in the confirmation email or the QR code in ‘My Page.’ A support email address should be provided for any issues.
4.5 Receiving Merchandise
- 4.5.1 Pickup Location and Requirements
- 4.5.1.1 Merchandise cannot be delivered.
- 4.5.1.2 All merchandise must be picked up in person at the event venue on the day of the performance. Pickup location and time will be announced in advance.
- 4.5.1.3 At pickup, purchasers must present a photo ID for verification and a mobile voucher (e-ticket).
5. Privacy Notice and Consent
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we request your consent to collect, use, and store your personal information for the purposes outlined below:

- When you purchase a ticket, log into your account, or interact with us, we record this activity. As long as your account is active, Konne will retain the information we've processed about you.
- We keep track of your purchases and favourites to recommend events that match your interests, ensure your tickets remain assigned to you for access to events, and maintain the security and integrity of your account.
- If you choose to delete your account, your information will be removed according to the timelines required by local regulations.
5.5 Your Rights
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw your consent by contacting us at info@frontrow.ai.
